Having an option where the user can specify where to get the data from.

Eg. Hosting the data in a S3 bucket.

Maybe include a flag in a settings file that can build the project and pull down the data before deployment.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Remotely accessing the data when the site loads. This might increase load times.
