Create a bot for reminding about codeforces contests

The honourable personalities (bazinga!) who run this platform keep adding contests at irregular intervals. Hence after missing three contests in a row, this project shall finally find a place in code stash repo.

The app shall be on CLI and shall be croned to run weekly.

Prerequisites: Node.js, Cheerio.js(available via npm)
