🐛 Bug Description

The RSVP form is not submitting successfully when accessed from mobile devices. Users report clicking the submit button but receiving no confirmation or error message.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to '/rsvp' page on mobile device
2. Fill out RSVP form completely
3. Click 'Submit RSVP' button
4. Form appears to hang without response

Form should submit successfully and display confirmation message with RSVP details.
