there may be cancel and save button at the bottom of add new personnel please communicate it with designer

There is no such buttons in that screen from the mockup. Besides I see no reason to have those buttons in addition to the existing buttons. I feel like there will be too many buttons. Please advice @navish

@lykmapipo I think add personnel form is a bit different from other forms and thats why it doesnt have cancel and save btn. You can add personnel quick from existing personnels or otherwise you can create new one. I think you're query hold on create new personnel form which it has cancel and save button.
