The right scroll was not suppose to be

Hey @lykmapipo, I think as per my understanding and how it works on few screen that I have tested, the page vertical scroll in your screenshot shows up only when the screen height is not enough to house the page content, something which is normal but it's not like it is always there. The column scrolls in each column are perfectly working per its content height. I would love to receive more comment on this perhaps I miss something.
