[Feature]: Option to reorder food providers #849

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, food providers are fixed in a chronological list where the most recently added appears first. This makes it difficult to prioritize frequently used providers or organize them logically .
Describe the solution you'd prefer
A manual reordering option for food providers. It would be much more user-friendly if we could adjust the list order so our preferred providers stay at the top, regardless of when they were originally added to the system.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I considered deleting all my providers and re-adding them in the reverse order of how I want them.
