Move Clean Code workshop into ITP from SDC

Module(s): SDC Complexity module sprint 2, and ITP Structuring and Testing Data sprint 3

What is the work that needs to be done?

• The existing Clean Code workshop is currently a module in the curriculum repo, but I believe it should be a workshop in the workshops repo so that migration can be done.
• Insert the Clean Code Workshop, normally found in SDC's complexity sprint 2 dayplan, into ITP Structuring and Testing Sprint 3's day plan, replacing the problem solving workshop not the Playing Computer workshop.
• Insert a new workshop where Clean Code once sat in SDC Complexity sprint 2's dayplan. (unsure which)

Why is this work important to do?

As the concept of Dead Code is introduced in ITP S+T Sprint 3, it aligns with the idea of "clean code." Therefore, the Clean Code workshop (which originally exists in the SDC) can be moved to the ITP sprint. It hopefully gives more space in SDC for a meaningful workshop touching on more advanced topics.

Q for @illicitonion , fully on board with bringing this workshop into ITP, it's nice and juicy and still the right level of syntax. But with the gap left in the SDC dayplan, is there a workshop that can slot in there from the top of your head or will it be worth creating something ?

Oh we have so much employability stuff to pack into SDC, we will fill the space :D Leave it to me! Don't worry about removing it, I can pick up replacing it!

(Though it could be interesting to have people do it twice and see if their opinions change!)
