What is the work that needs to be done?

Please can Syllabus develop some exercises that require trainees to ALL

• share their screens to complete the exercise.
• turn their cameras on to complete the exercise (unless their camera is literally broken/absent).

Why is this work important to do?

Trainees need to practice sharing their screens and using their cameras and expect to do this for all live sessions. But often a breakout room will have the same few people screen sharing and coding and low to no participation from others.

Not sure if this is for PD buddies, but tech buddies could be encouraged to ask their buddies to share screen while asking for help during their group or 121 chats.
