JS3 Week 3 coursework: The Dark Sky API no longer accepts new signups

Describe the bug
The code along coursework exercise for JS3 Week 3 requires the trainees to sign up for the Dark Sky API but it doesn't allow new subscriptions. One of the trainees suggested using the Open Weather API but it doesn't provide some of the data that are used in the demonstration.

What is wrong with this content?
