How do i fade notes & move them?

You may want FunkinModchart, which is already integrated directly into the engine, so you can immediately skip to the Using the Library section in the README.

You may then instead want to operate directly on the notes, since this is commonly presented as strumlines and has shortcuts like player to make modifying the actual note sprites easier.
