Add Ids to Sections and tutorials

I would like to link to one tutorial/Section

How did I get there

What would I like to see instead:

There is no id="..." so I can not link with "#section-arduino" for example

I would suggest this solution:

• add a hover-"#" at the beginning for clicking at the section
• add id of tutorial/section with "tutorial-" or "section-" at the beginning
