Allow to edit mentorship request

Allow mentees to cancel / edit mentorship request.

If anyone is willing to take this and need more explanations, I'll add them.

May hold on a bit because I'm changing basically all the files in the project as part of #802 .

I'll find a stable point, merge to master then you could checkout and I'll continue.

Let's start with the server side if sounds good?

I finished the first phase of moving to typescript. I'll take a break from it so we could work on other tasks and will complete typescript once we will be more stablize (new code will be in ts of course)

I am talking about the cancel mentorship part.

This is already implemented.

Notice, the cancel button is only when mentor hasn't respond to the request yet.
Once the mentor approved, the cancellation should be "face to face".

Makes sense?
