Apply button missing / cache issue

Describe the bug
I'm unable to see the Apply button for any mentors on https://mentors.codingcoach.io/.

Logging in with an Incognito window fixes the issue.

I last logged into codingcoach maybe a month ago.

I haven't cleared my browser's cache/cookies yet.
