I can't seem to figure out how to make it work

On attempting to host the URL Shortener on a live website it's just not working at all. Not sure if I've done something wrong or what I've forgotten.

For testing purposes I've uploaded it to "https://discordclient.ml/" but I get a "Page not Found" Error
