Add FMU/FMI jinja templates to rumoca

It would be great to have FMI/FMU support for rumoca. Question is how to integrate it the most elegant way.

Most standard way would be to generate c-code and pack a zip file.

• Should compilation step be included in rumoca? Or only the package the sources?
• Add a standardized compilation/packaging script?
• maybe introduce a 'postprocess' step?
• another way would be to generate multiple files. E.g. C/C++-Code & Cmake script for building the FMU.
• Or only concentrate on generating the C-Code and creating another package which uses rumoca for that first step?

Hi, I'm the author of the https://github.com/jondo2010/rust-fmi crate, and I'd be very interested in integrating support for FMU generation using Rumoca. rust-fmi already supports building FMUs using a derive-macro annotated Rust struct, which could be quite easily generated with a jinja template from Rumoca.
