What problem does this solve?

Need to test this but primoroni were in contact to say if you set the display as 64x64 then 1:32 panels should work

This added to settings/config and documentation udpated

Set the height to 64

...and then let me know if it works and I'll add it as a configuration options

I have a 64x64 arriving this week with a pi 3B+ for another project (spotify track display) so I will flash flight tracker on it and see how it looks / any bugs.

This will be super useful. If it works then it means everyone who's got a 64x32 32S screen will be able to get this code working
