Error when calling test-fetch-cert.sh function (401 Unauthorized)

I would to create a DAC cert for the Matter device using the tool, however, I keep getting 401 Unauthorized when trying to call test-fetch-cert.sh script and the get-cert option as well. The behavior is similar in both RELEASE and DEBUG build type
