Why is the latest tag/version of my custom node not displayed in the select version modal

I'm installing my own custom nodes from the ComfyUI Manager: https://github.com/alexisrolland/ComfyUI-Blender

Although the latest tag/version 4.1.2 is displayed the list of custom nodes, it does not appear in the "Select Version" modal box.

Why?

And second question, after installing my custom node from the Manager, it often appear as not installed in the Manager's list, eventhough the folder is there in the custom_nodes folder and it loads properly in ComfyUI. What could be the reason?
