is_curated_in_ontology be a sub-property of rdfs:isDefinedBy?

The RDF Schema states that "rdfs:isDefinedBy is an instance of rdf:Property that is used to indicate a resource defining the subject resource. This property may be used to indicate an RDF vocabulary in which a resource is described.". Given that OWL ontologies are resources (here), shouldn't it follow that we could make the annotation 'is curated in ontology' (cco:ont00001760) a sub-propperty of rdfs:isDefinedBy?

I'm not sure curated_in implies being the source of the definition, in that terms may move around. OTOH it should be the case that if you fetch the ontology curated in you find a definition. But in that case why not use isDefinedBy directly.

In the way that these ontologies use curated_in, I honestly see no different between the two and wonder whether switching is a good idea. It seems like other ontologies use isDefinedBy in the same way we use curated_in. My suggestion to make curated_in a sub-property is a compromise to cause less disruption to the ontologies and community use of this property
