Problems with definition for Act of Commanding #652

Description

First issue: The definition indicates that an act of commanding exercises authoritative control or power over some agent’s actions. But is that right, or is it instead the agent who engages in the act of commanding who exercises such control/power?

Second issue: The definition contains the phrase ‘another agent’, but there is no agent mentioned earlier in the definition, so it’s not clear what this phrase refers to.

Perhaps these issues could be resolved by modifying the definition as follows?:

An Act of Directive Communication through which an Agent exercises authoritative control or power over another Agent's actions.
