Teams Messages sample is not working

Describe the bug

The Teams Messages sample for GraphPresenter is not working and displays no content.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the SampleTest app
2. Navigate to the GraphPresenter tab
3. Navigate to the Teams Messages tab
4. See no content

Expected behavior

Teams messages should display via GraphPresenter.
