Problem Statement

Modern apps often use an animated element to indicate a page or UI element is loading.

Shimmer effect in the Store:

Proposed Solution

A lightweight control that has the animation embedded and can be easily be hided.

Property name	Type	Comments
AnimationDurationInMiliseconds	double	Sets the amount of miliseconds between the fade animations.
IsAnimating	bool	Defaults to true. If set to false, the fade animation is not visible.
