[BUG] Setting both TintColor and HeightRequest with IconTintColorBehavior causes Windows UI to crash.

Current Behavior

I cannot control color and size of an image same time with IconTintColorBehavior in WIndows UI.

Expected Behavior

We can control color and size of an image same time with IconTintColorBehavior.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open and just run the reproduction project repository in Windows Machine
