Current behavior

Monaco Editor doesn't load under debug when running the sample app on RS3 with the OnDevice markup sample.

Expected behavior

XAML editor loads.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

Run master of sample app remotely to an RS3 machine.
Load OnDevice markup extension sample

Looks like an internal issue in the Monaco editor, though not sure why hitting it here. Will have to investigate later, especially if it repros in release, need to test that next.
