Investigate if we can simplify UI Integration Test Base Class

Found this issue here: microsoft/testfx#143

Seems like having base classes call initialize/setup method is supposed to be supported?

If so, this could make writing our integration tests easier, but we'll have to wait for confirmation that the attached issue is resolved first.
