DataGrid dark theme is wrong when control is disabled

Describe the bug

When setting the theme to dark and IsEnabled to false for the DataGrid, the control's color is wrong.

Reproducible in sample app?

• This bug can be reproduced in the sample app.

Steps to reproduce

Open sample app
Go to controls
Select DataGrid
Switch theme to Dark
Select XAML
Write IsEnabled="False" under x:Name="dataGrid"

Expected behavior

Something like as it is working now for Light theme. The text gets dimmed and that is all. In case of dark theme, the background color is changed.
