Summary

Create a stronger people-and-roles experience for the administration, from leadership modules into directory and individual role pages.

Problem Statement

People are a core part of the WhiteHouse.wiki story, but the product should make it easier to browse the administration beyond just the headline names on the homepage. Users should be able to understand who holds which role, how those roles fit together, and navigate from overview to detail cleanly.

Scope

  • Define the core administration directory experience
  • Improve individual people/role page completeness
  • Clarify office names, role hierarchy, and reporting structure where possible
  • Connect people pages back to relevant actions or topic areas when useful

Out of Scope

  • Full org-chart perfection for every office immediately
  • Historical staffing database backfill
  • News-style biography writing

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can browse a clear administration directory, not just isolated homepage cards
  • Individual people/role pages feel coherent and complete
  • Role names and office context are understandable to general users
  • Navigation between overview pages and detail pages is clean
