Rename 'Kafka Monitoring' to 'Kafka Console' in Kafka integration README (DataDog#24845)

Update the callout at the top of the Kafka integration README to use the
official product name 'Kafka Console' instead of 'Kafka Monitoring'.

This callout was introduced in PR DataDog#23710.
