In response to the Consumer Data Right compliance cost review report and consultation on Noting Paper 346 - Standards Assessment Framework, we have updated the content in Noting Paper 345 – Data Standards Body Capability, Consultation Process and Operating Model and renamed the file. These updates have been made to incorporate the Standards Assessment Framework into DSB’s existing consultation and Standards development processes. Further detail on the Chair’s change cadence and cost considerations, including feedback from the consultations on the Standards Assessment Framework, can be found in Noting Paper 352.

The updates to the document include:

• Business Process Flow diagram in Figure 2 and a description of it in Table 1
• Standards Assessment Framework in Appendix A
• context specific definitions in Appendix B and
• content impacted by the addition of the Framework throughout.
