DP#338 and API retirement The DP#338 has multiple changes and one of them is to the “BankingProductFee” schema, where some of the field name has been changed and new fields introduced. We have a PRD tool, where we need to enter the fee details manually. Given the level of changes in the schema, we need to maintain two version of PRD tool for at least 6 months till the API retirement date of 11-May-2026. Can the product API versions (product v3 and product Details v5) be retired earlier, for example, if we are going live on 11-Nov-2025 then can we just support the latest version of product and accounts API ? |
The Standards require a transition period to support ADRs (and PRD users) in their adoption of new versions, to allow time for any issues to be resolved (while falling back to the previous version). An option may be for you to discuss your concerns with the ACCC. One possibility may be for you to request a shorter transition period, assuming that your implementation would be compliant and adopted successfully by participants by any earlier date. Please note that feedback is now open on Consultation Draft #370 - Amendment of Banking Decision 338 Obligation Date - Draft Standards. |
Attendees are invited to raise topics related to the Consumer Data Right that would benefit from the DSB and ACCCs' consideration.
