Privacy Safeguard Guidelines ⭐ | OAIC updates to the Privacy Safeguard Guidelines On 20 November 2023, the OAIC published an updated version of the CDR Privacy Safeguard Guidelines to reflect the version 5 CDR Rules amendments. The key updates reflect privacy-related changes made by the introduction of business consumer disclosure consents as well as changes to requirements for outsourced service providers and CDR representative arrangements. |
