Guidance ⭐	Revised fact sheet on CDR Representatives The fact sheet contains general information about the CDR representative model. It has been updated to reflect recent amendments to the CDR Rules, including the Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Amendment Rules (No. 1) 2023 (v5 Rules).	Link to CDR.gov.au
Privacy Safeguard Guidelines ⭐	OAIC updates to the Privacy Safeguard Guidelines On 20 November 2023, the OAIC published an updated version of the CDR Privacy Safeguard Guidelines to reflect the version 5 CDR Rules amendments. The key updates reflect privacy-related changes made by the introduction of business consumer disclosure consents as well as changes to requirements for outsourced service providers and CDR representative arrangements. Decision Made ⭐	The Data Standards Chair has approved the decision for Decision Proposal 333 - Business Consumer Provisions	This decision takes effect immediately and, as such, the new July 2023 business consumer provisions are now considered permitted CDR functionality. Decision Proposal 333
Decision Made ⭐	The Data Standards Chair has approved the decision for Decision Proposal 334 - Data Holder Dashboards	These standards have a future dated obligation of 1 July 2024 to align with the obligation date specified in CDR Rule 1.15(3A) and allow the rules intent to be realised through the standards while reducing compliance ambiguity.
