Segmentation (PascalVOC), Stream51, and TinyImageNet

• Release the first segmentation scenario with three modes (sequential, disjoint, overlap) and as first dataset PascalVOC
• Add Stream51 for class incremental. The support for instance incremental "works" but is still in beta
• Add TinyImageNet dataset

ImageNet subset ids

Small release to host the ids corresponding to the subset images of ImageNet100.

Continuum is born!

First release of this Continual Learning library.
