Feat-Multiple withdrawals up to max amount #171

I think it'd be really useful if there were a type of jar that set a maximum withdrawal amount over a certain period BUT allowed whitelisted users to continue to withdrawal funds until the max was achieved.
EG max withdrawal = 100usdc. period=10days
day 1: 10 usdc withdrawal
day 4: 40 usdc withdrawal
day 9: 50 usdc withdrawal
