Complete mapping is defaulting to Tab

hey, im trying to have a separated complete keymap, so when i use tab for suggestion ( #file: TAB) it would not insert the completion, but im doing this

        mappings = {
          complete = {
            insert = '<C-t>',
            normal = '<C-t>',
          },
        },

and its still using Tab for complete ghost test, and when i do #file: Tab its still completing the ghost text
