Allow for upper case letters in "Integer base converter" tool

What type of request is this?

New feature for an existing tool

Clear and concise description of the feature you are proposing

I pasted a hex number I copied from elsewhere in the input number field, but I got an error saying Invalid digit "B" for base 16. and it took me a while to understand why …
I think it would be much easier to allow both lower or upper case letters to be input for bases > 10.

The case-insensitive input for the Integer Base Converter requested here has been fixed in next-tools.

The converter now accepts both uppercase and lowercase letters for bases ≤ 36 (e.g., FF, ff, or 1B2f all work for hexadecimal), while keeping case sensitivity for bases > 36 where uppercase letters represent distinct digit values.

More generally, next-tools is a heavily refactored version of it-tools:

• Fully rebuilt UI with shadcn/ui for a cleaner experience
• Real i18n support, including translations inside individual tools
• New tools added and multiple long‑standing issues fixed
