Observed (0.9.0-beta): crosslink issue show <id> --json emits a subissues field that is always empty, even for issues with linked children (parent/child links exist and render in the text form).
Impact: round-parity tooling that reconciles a dispatch manifest's child set against the tracker must screen-scrape the text output instead of consuming the JSON.
Ask: populate subissues (or document the intended field if the linkage lives elsewhere in the JSON).
