Can't see Sine menu on MacOS with ARM

I just installed Sine using the provided terminal commands. The installation completed successfully and I can see the new files in the browser's chrome folder, but the Sine menu does not appear in the browser settings. I already cleared the startup cache and completely reinstalled the browser, but the issue persists. I saw similar discussions but couldn't find a solution.

MacOS version: Tahoe 26.5
Zen version: 1.20.1b (Firefox 151.0.2)
Sine version: V2.3.3

Do you have terminal full disk access enabled?
