Cannot login using an external LDAP Account

Describe the bug
Authentication with local Couchbase User accounts works fine.
Authentication with external LDAP Users does not seem to be working, even when their permissions are set as full admin.

SDK Doctor errors:

[ERRO] Failed to fetch configuration via cccp from server1:11210 (error: invalid bucket name/password)
[ERRO] Failed to connect to Key Value service at server1:11210 (error: invalid bucket name/password)
[ERRO] Failed to connect to Key Value service at server2:11210 (error: invalid bucket name/password)
[ERRO] Failed to connect to Key Value service at server3:11210 (error: invalid bucket name/password)
[ERRO] Failed to connect to Key Value service at server4:11210 (error: invalid bucket name/password)
