No way to reset 2FA for a user #4902

Description

@keithlammers

Edit: I found the 2FA enforcement, the left side menu in the settings isn't full height and I didn't notice that it was scrollable. Editing this issue report to only be for the issue of not being able to reset 2FA for a user.

Expected Behavior

According to this document in the Countly docs, it should be possible to reset 2FA for a user, but I don't see it anywhere in the Users settings page.

Current Behavior

The edit settings dialog for a user doesn't have an option to reset their 2FA.

Screenshots (if appropriate):

Possible Solution

Add an option to the user settings page to reset 2FA, accessible by Global Admins.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

More Description

I have a user that lost their TOTP authenticator, and there appears to be no way to reset their 2FA, so my only option is to delete the user and re-create it.
