GPUSensors not work? #404

Description
I put all the 4 kext in FakeSMC.kext/Plugins, and in the macOS 10.13.5, the HWMonitor.app shows the temperature of CPU,I/O block,HDD, and it also displays the frequency，power，etc. of CPU. But there is nothing about the GPU. My Graphics card is AMD Radeon R9 FuryX which is native supported by High Sierra.
