cant login on panel / download / delete

cant open panel it just infinitely loops through login process and when i open any of the download or delete webpage i get

i am hosting bot on a ubuntu vps
This site can’t be reached
refused to connect.

This problem will be fixed by accessing via https or enable insecure mode.
