Clarification on Licensing and Addition of a LICENSE File

The project currently has a mixed license according to GameBrew Wiki and there doesn't seem to be a clear indication here on GitHub either of the specific licenses governing the different parts of the project.

Adding a LICENSE file to the repository that outlines the specific licenses applicable to the different parts of the project would potentially help avoid confusion for contributors and users regarding the terms under which they can use, modify, and distribute the code.

The code is MIT licensed. I sent a message to Mr_Nick666 on gbatemp to see if it would be OK to use the same license for graphics. I'll be waiting for an answer before I put a temporary license in the repository.
