Describe the bug

I'm using the territory owned by the residence plugin, AcidRain and Radiant still work, which will affect the player's experience a lot

Steps to reproduce

In a protected area, approaching the player wearing armor with acid rain and radiant effects will cause the player to burn and have a poison effect
