Add the PyBluez package to a feed

@tjobanpu has made a Makefile for the pybluez package - https://forum.creatordev.io/t/bluetooth-creatorci40-v1-0-1-1/412/14 - we could use that as a package in our feeds, possibly upstream to OpenWrt/Lede feeds as well.

Acceptance criteria:

• We know which feed this should actually go in and whether upstream contains something similar or could use it
• PR for the package opened to the right feed (& upstream feed if applicable)

I suggest trying to upstream that directly to packages? For now it could be PR'd into our packages fork.

I found this Makefile in openwrt website, it has been sitting there since 9 yrs.

It was closed and merged into the old cvs repo. Looks like it never got taken over to the new git based repos. You should be able to fix it up and just open a PR against the new repo. Is it actually needed I see that some python examples already exist in the main bluez repo?
