suspend/pm not working on linux 4.9

Changes needed to suspend and power managment patches to get them to build under 4.9

Builds but running suspend ends up in a reboot, need to debug

echo enabled > /sys/devices/platform/18101500.uart/tty/ttyS1/power/wakeup
echo mem > /sys/power/state
...reboots...
