pistachio/modules.mk: fix kmod-sound-pistachio-soc dependency

This was the leftover from refactoring of pistachio/marduk, which has
broken audio for marduk-legacy boards. So marking the dependency on TARGET_pistachio, since
it's common for both the boards marduk as well as marduk-legacy.

Also marduk-cc2520 is only needed for marduk-legacy boards.
