Add automated test for checking OpenWrt SDK #226
Description
Acceptance Criteria:
- SDK builds signed packages
- Can re-compile existing packages
- Can include, compile and build Creator packages and other sample applications
- Test is run only when BUILD_TOOLS and ALL_PACKAGES build parameters are checked
