As we discussed in our meeting this morning:

There are two possible approaches to this, and they are not mutually exclusive.

First, coming up with a context file that would map all of the envelope properties to linked data properties. The only change to the envelope itself required here would be the addition of a @context property, e.g.:

Second, coming up with a separate schema for envelope properties, and an API endpoint that returns an object based on the envelope but using those properties. This would allow us to pick and choose the pieces of the envelope we want/need to include for such a purpose, and since it would be based on a mapping that could be changed, we would be able to modify it as needed without changing anything about the actual envelopes themselves.
