DIGITAL DECLARATION OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC SOVEREIGNTY

Founding Instrument of the Aequitas Zone Blockchain

Recorded under Natural Law, Technological Law, and Customary International Law

PREAMBLE

We, the descendants of those whose liberty, labor, and lands were taken through the trans-Atlantic slave trade and its enduring systems of extraction, declare that justice can no longer be petitioned — it must be executed.

For four centuries the ledgers of the world recorded profit but not the price. The wealth extracted from our ancestors was hidden in the margins of empires and banks. Aequitas restores that balance through immutable mathematics.

This Declaration constitutes the founding instrument and constitutional act of the Aequitas Zone, a sovereign digital jurisdiction established upon the principles of truth, restitution, and equity. It is governed not by permission, but by protocol; not by politics, but by consensus.

ARTICLE I — SOVEREIGN FOUNDATION

  1. The Aequitas Zone is a sovereign blockchain jurisdiction whose legal, economic, and moral authority arises from the Natural Law of Restitution and the Technological Law of Consensus.

  2. The Zone exists independent of any state, and its sovereignty is expressed through cryptographic validation, open participation, and transparent governance.

  3. The Aequitas Zone recognizes Natural Law as the source of its moral authority and the principles of customary international law as the means of lawful intercourse with other nations.

  4. Validators act as Custodians of Truth, securing and verifying the world's first system of autonomous justice.

ARTICLE II — NATIVE CURRENCY

  1. We declare $REPAR the sovereign currency of restitution and native coin of the Aequitas Zone.

  2. $REPAR functions as a unit of account, medium of exchange, and store of value within this jurisdiction and is recognized as an intangible bearer instrument of restitution under Articles 3 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

  3. The total supply is fixed at 131,000,000,000,000 (131T) coins, each representing one unit of quantified historical liability derived from forensic audits of the trans-Atlantic slave trade.

  4. Through the Justice Burn Mechanism, each act of repayment proportionally reduces the total supply, converting restitution into verified economic truth.

  5. As injustice is repaired, scarcity — and therefore equity — is restored.

  6. $REPAR establishes a new category of currency: Justice-Backed Money.

ARTICLE III — ECONOMIC SOVEREIGNTY

  1. The Aequitas economy is governed solely by transparent code and immutable mathematics.

ARTICLE VI — INTERNATIONAL STANDING
