Request: Add Chinese (中文) language support

Description

Would like to request Chinese (中文) language support for Project N.O.M.A.D.

Reason

Many users in Chinese-speaking regions (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.) could benefit from this offline knowledge server, but the current English-only interface is a barrier for non-English speakers.

Suggested Implementation

• Add i18n support (e.g., using react-i18next or similar)
• Add Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) translations
• Make language selectable in settings

Additional Context

This is a great offline-first server project. Chinese language support would significantly expand its user base in Chinese-speaking regions.

Thanks for the interest and for submitting PR #648! Internationalization is on the roadmap, but we haven't settled on the i18n framework approach yet -- there are a couple of other community PRs exploring this as well (#490, #518).

We'll evaluate all the approaches together when i18n moves up in priority. Your PR will be part of that conversation.
